My healthcare journey began at South Shore Hospital on the Southside of Chicago. From Health Information Management to Utilization Review and work in the Medical Staff Office, I gathered a strong base of knowledge and experience in a hospital setting.

 

In 1999, I was blessed to become a part of the recruiting team for the well respected Hammond Clinic in Munster, Indiana. I built personal and professional relationships with the new providers Hammond Clinic recruited and hired. As the Credentialing Specialist, I gained an understanding of the payor side of healthcare, enrolling providers with their National Provider Identification Number (NPI) and Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) as well as a variety of insurance companies. When Hammond Clinic sold their practice to Franciscan Alliance, I helped build the in-house recruiting team for the organization, further expanding my knowledge and experience.

 

The respect I have for my clients, my candidates, and their families allow me to find a balance in sourcing the right opportunity for everyone.
